I'm an Experienced Certified Anusara® Yoga teacher (ECAT) with a passion for teaching spiritually uplifting and inspiring yoga classes. If you are looking to start loving your body, find emotional ease, and explore your spiritual vibration, look no further! My teaching style is fun-filled and full of laughs along the way, but I'm serious about my love of alignment and will guide you clearly and concisely into safe, steady poses.

1) Live-streamed, realtime yoga classes where I can see you and chat to you and help you out as class progresses
2) Monthly membership gives you access to over 450 pre-recorded classes (growing every week) which you can access at anytime of the day or night
3) If you want to dive deeper try my pre-recorded courses and workshops. Currently there is a 6 month meditation course available, and also a short back-care course.
